My twin room with great brewed coffee, bathroom, for instance was elegant. The breakfast included butter and fresh bread for everyone. Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were chatty. This location was excellent and fantastic, so close to the Grand Canal, the bridge which is reputed to have the best view in Venice, and water bus.

The place is good small and quirky, met every demand. Brand-new, vintage room complete with a grand view, great brewed coffee, for instance. The staff are very very helpful and attentive, and the owner too. All in all they offer outstanding service. The location is absolutely perfect and incredible, relatively near Cannaregio. There is a great restaurant.

The place was charming little and modern and restaurant was great. Got nicely furnished and huge room in style of old venice. The breakfast offered butter and slices of fresh bread. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a wide canal was incredible.

Everything was good during our stay nevertheless disappointing aspect was very tiny bathroom. Workers were APPROACHABLE, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.
